Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-06-10

1. What We Collect

We collect three kinds of data. Account data: your name, organization, email address, phone number, and postal address. Billing data: invoices, payment records, and the payment method details handled by our payment processors (we do not store full card numbers). Technical data: server logs, IP addresses, browser information, and usage records needed to operate and secure our services.

2. Why We Collect It

  • To provision and operate the services you ordered (domains, hosting, email).
  • To bill you, send invoices, and send renewal reminders.
  • To provide technical support and respond to your requests.
  • To meet legal and registry obligations and to protect our services from abuse.

3. Cookies and Analytics

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in to the client area and to remember preferences such as language. We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate site usage; analytics data is not used to identify individual visitors.

4. Who We Share Data With

We share data only with parties needed to deliver the service:

  • WHMCS — our client-area and billing platform at my.domain.ps.
  • Payment processors — Lahza and local banks process payments; they receive the data needed to complete a transaction.
  • PNINA registry — registrant contact data for .ps domains is submitted to the registry and may appear in WHOIS as required by registry policy.
  • Email infrastructure providers — to deliver transactional and (if you opted in) marketing email.

We do not sell your personal data.

5. Marketing Email

We send newsletters and offers only if you opted in. Every marketing email includes a working unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing never affects transactional emails such as invoices or renewal reminders.

6. Data Retention

We keep account and billing records for as long as your account is active and afterwards for the period required by accounting and legal obligations. Technical logs are kept for a limited period for security and troubleshooting, then deleted or anonymized.

7. Your Rights

You may access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data by contacting us; most account data can be edited directly in the client area. Deletion requests are honored except where we must retain data by law (for example, invoicing records) or to maintain an active service.

8. Security

We protect data using encryption in transit (TLS), access controls limiting who at domain.ps and iPhase can see customer data, and monitoring of our infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat protecting your data as a core obligation and will notify affected customers of any breach involving their personal data.

9. Children

Our services are intended for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16; if you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our services evolve. The “last updated” date reflects the current version, and material changes will be announced to account holders by email.

11. Contact

For any privacy question or request, reach us via the contact page on domain.ps or through your client area at my.domain.ps.
