Refund Policy

Last updated: 2026-06-10

1. Summary

Hosting plans come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. Domain registrations are non-refundable once registered. Email and workspace licenses are non-refundable once provisioned. The sections below explain each rule and how to request a refund.

2. 30-Day Money-Back on Hosting

If you are not satisfied with a hosting plan, request a full refund within 30 days of your first purchase of that plan. The guarantee applies to the first purchase only — renewals, upgrades, and repeat purchases of the same plan are not covered.

3. Domains Are Non-Refundable

Domain registrations, renewals, and transfers are non-refundable once completed. Registration is an instant, binding commitment at the PNINA registry: the moment a domain is registered, the registry fee is incurred and the name is allocated to you. Double-check spelling before you confirm an order.

4. Email and Workspace Licenses

Email and workspace licenses are non-refundable once provisioned, because license fees are committed to the upstream provider at activation. If you ordered the wrong number of seats, contact support promptly — we can often adjust before provisioning completes.

5. How to Request a Refund

Open a ticket from your client area at my.domain.ps, or use the contact page, stating the service and order number. No justification is required for the 30-day hosting guarantee, though feedback on why you are leaving helps us improve.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Bank and card processing times outside our control may add a few days before the amount appears in your account.

7. Currency

Refunds are issued in the currency of the original payment (ILS or USD). We do not compensate for exchange-rate differences between purchase and refund dates.

8. Exclusions

No refund is owed where the service was suspended or terminated for violations of the Acceptable Use Policy or the Terms of Service, including spam, abuse, or illegal content. Fraudulent payments and chargebacks are handled through the payment provider’s dispute process rather than this policy.

9. Partial Periods

Outside the 30-day hosting guarantee, unused time on a cancelled service is not refunded, except where these policies or the SLA explicitly provide a credit or pro-rata refund (for example, if we discontinue a service you paid for).

10. Questions

If you are unsure whether a purchase qualifies, ask us before ordering — support can confirm exactly what is refundable via the contact page or my.domain.ps.
