Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-06-10
1. Scope of Services
domain.ps, operated with iPhase, provides .ps domain name registration as a PNINA-accredited registrar, web hosting, and professional email services. These Terms govern every service you order from us, whether through this website or the client area at my.domain.ps. Specific services are also covered by their own policies — the Domain Registration Agreement, Service Level Agreement, Acceptable Use Policy, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy — all of which form part of these Terms.
2. Your Account
You must provide accurate, current contact and billing information when opening an account, and keep it updated. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including keeping your password and client-area credentials confidential. Notify us immediately at support contact below if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Ordering, Payment, and Renewal
- Prices are displayed in ILS or USD; payment is processed via Lahza or local payment cards.
- Services renew automatically at the end of each billing term unless you disable auto-renewal in the client area. We send renewal reminders by email before each renewal date.
- If a renewal payment fails, we will retry and notify you; services may be suspended if payment remains outstanding.
- You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your purchases.
4. Refunds
Hosting plans carry a 30-day money-back guarantee on first purchase. Domain registrations are non-refundable once registered, because registration is an instant, binding commitment at the registry. Full details are in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
5. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate services if you: fail to pay amounts due; violate the Acceptable Use Policy; provide false registration information; or use the services in a way that harms our network, other customers, or third parties. Where reasonably possible we will warn you before suspending. You may cancel any service at any time from the client area; cancellation does not entitle you to a refund outside the Refund Policy.
6. Service Changes
We may improve, modify, or discontinue features of our services over time. If we discontinue a service you have paid for, we will offer a comparable alternative or a pro-rata refund for the unused period. Material changes that negatively affect a paid service will be announced in advance by email.
7. Your Content and Backups
You retain ownership of all content you host with us. We perform routine backups as an operational courtesy, but you remain responsible for keeping your own independent backups of your data.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold domain.ps and iPhase harmless from claims, damages, and reasonable legal costs arising from your content, your use of the services, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Palestine, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent Palestinian courts. We encourage you to contact us first — most issues are resolved directly with our support team.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the current version. For material changes we will notify account holders by email before the changes take effect; continued use of the services after that date constitutes acceptance.
12. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent through the contact page on domain.ps or via your client area at my.domain.ps.
